Bill was a defensive sort of guy. If any body got in his way, he would get really defensive and not let their threats or misdemeanour pass. He would hold a grudge, and depending on how defensive he felt like being, if anybody tried to hurt him, he would go insane. There was one time somebody tried to pass him in their car and annoyed Bill very much. They even tried to crash into Bill's car, of which Bill was not impressed because his car got scratched. He would think to himself 'How dare they try pass me' and would get their number plate and save it in case he ever saw the car again. Bill was definitely one to hold grudges. Once, he got a skip to hire and made sure it was ina persons garden, then, he filled it with all types of rubbish to make their garden smell so bad and make everybody think they were uncaring and inconsiderate for the neighbourhood and for their own space. He did this because they said Bill did not care about others. Bill just loved to get revenge. He believed this was why he was born. He was not designed to work or have a job, his sole purpose in life was to be evil and to seek revenge on any person who stepped on the wrong side of him. This was just how he was. Of course, Bill did not have many friends and even his own family had rejected him because he was known for being so damn evil.

There was one time when Bill had a girlfriend which was very rare of course because of his mean personality, and when they decided to go to Australia one time, by ship, Bill broke up the relationship half way there. She was devastated and did not know what to do. The rest of the ship journey was incredibly awkward and she knew as soon as they arrived in Australia she would have to find her own way home again. Bill was just plain cruel. It was as simple as that.
