As the housing market keeps growing, the building contractors get really busy, and at times even unable to accept new projects.There can be months or even years of delay waiting for the availability of a contractor, depending on the location desired.
There are all kinds of constructions going on and construction contractors specialize in different types of buildings. There are some wealthy people coming to settle down in the City and have been looking for a luxury home builder.
There are also people who are not ready for owning a luxury home. They would go for house extension for the time being, extensions to meet the needs of the families. That would be less expensive and affordable.
The house extension plans can be include bedrooms, kitchen, study rooms, and others. The construction time for the extensions can be much shorter than for building a new home.

The advantage of having an extension building is that the existing utility facilities can be integrated to serve the whole complex. There may be no need to have an additional utility facility system for the extension building. Everything works perfectly and very well that way.
One of course one has to make sure that the building regulations of the City are observed. The designs and the plans have to be strictly in line with the City's regulations, depending on the location of the building. Approvals have to be secured as necessary.
