Though skip bins hire are common now, it was not like this even a few years back. I am talking of the times when there were massive renovation and refurbishment projects were going on in all of Aleksandr region from the funds gathered by leasing forest plots. Then very few people hired a skip. There were many efficient waste disposal services both private and official. Back then there was only one kind of skip was available for hire. It was what we call a midi skip today. There were vans coming for waste collection at your doorstep once or twice a week in return of a minimal amount of fees. Skip bins were hired only by those who had ranches or companies that produced large amount of waste and hence difficult and expensive to dispose by waste disposal services.

A few years back when the funds coming form Rostov forest dampened a little and many a refurbishment projects were forced to shut down there a certain company started a cheap an effective skip network throughout Aleksandr region, right from main ton to the outermost reaches of human beings. It is said that the new company flooded the local markets with over 300 vehicles of different skips starting from mini skips for small 3-4 member families to a couple Jumbo skips only hired by Mr. Bigsaw's ranch and the government dairy company. As a result of this waste disposal services lost almost 90% of their regular costumers. And within a year of advent of the new skip company most of the waste collection services closed down. The only one remained were heavily depended on the building sites which created a huge amount of services and needed automated waste collection.

Those remaining waste collection services were hit hard when most of the government sponsored refurbishment projects were forced to make cuts in their budget due to slack income from Rostov forest plot lease. The cuts resulted in waste disposal services just a luxury. This was the last nail in the coffin of the waste disposal service industry of Aleksandr. Now you cannot find a single one except the government sponsored service that collects bio-hazard waste from hospitals.
