Amy worked for a skip bins hire company. She didn't make all that great of money, but decided to make extensions to some of her real-estate properties to increase the value of the properties. The house extensions would all be made going up rather than the extensions going outward. Upstairs would be a cheaper way of creating the house extensions. She then decided that she wanted to use bricks to surround her properties rather than siding to increase the safety of each property.
After she made the house extensions and added the bricks to the surroundings of each property, she raised the rent by ten percent! Along with her job and her property rentals she was very happy with the extensions and repairs she had made to the houses.
Amy then started attending school to become a real-estate agent. There she learned how to sell homes, total the value of homes based on certain structures, and do all the paperwork involved with selling a property.
She then began to buy properties and make changes to each property such as using bricks for each property to better the insulation and safety of each home, she hired a carpenter to do all of the wood works, and made many electrical, plumbing, and landscaping repairs.
Amy then would sell the homes at a higher value than what they originally were worth. She would profit over 150% from the sold homes that she had renovated! She found that rather than renting the homes she purchased, but to fix them up and sell them made her a much higher profit!
She soon opened her own business buying older run down properties, making the repairs, and reselling them! This company sky rocketed to the top of most businesses in her area!
She decided to donate all of the used material to people who wanted to repair their homes, but could not afford to do so! Amy became a very well known and respected individual in her area.
After a decade of working in here area, she decided to move to other locations that were in need of a growing status of better homes. She made great success in over thirty cities near by, and continues to donate to charities!
