One year ago you had an idea for extending your house and dealing with waste disposal services in your residential area. One morning when you woke up you rang your local waste management company to see if there was a skip hire in your local area. They ensured you that they could get one to you within two hours.

You called construction companies for price quotes on how much extending your house would cost. One company said they would do it for three thousand pounds. You took their offer and they told you that they would start tomorrow. You also talked to your local council about setting up weekly waste disposal services.

The next morning the construction on extending your house began. You also talked to other people in the area, asking if they were interested in starting waste disposal services in the area. You asked those who were interested to sign up on a list. Later that they you showed the council how many people were interested in the idea. The council approved and talked to people in charge of waste management in the town.

When you got home that night you found the construction workers finishing the extension. You talked to them and told them about your idea to set waste management in the area, all of them agreed that it was a good plan.

They showed you the extension and you were pleased with how it looked. They left for home and you went inside and sat down. You spent the next hour watching television and just before you turned it off you saw something interesting. An ad came on to the screen from your council and it was, and it was a notice asking people to participate in the new waste disposal groups being set up. At that moment a sense of accomplishment overcame you. But before you could celebrate you mobile phone began to ring.

You answered it to find that it was a council member telling you that your plans were being put into action andthat you needed to attend a press conference tomorrow to tell the media about what you want to get done.
