Trying to find a skip for hire is a relatively easy thing to do, just

Trying to find a skip for hire is a relatively easy thing to do, just look as far as the local want ads and you should find any number of individuals ready to assist you. On the other hand if you are looking for a very reputable and reliable one, that is another story all together. We were trying to get all of our ducks in a row in order to get a couple of new projects off the ground. One not so small and another one on our private property had to be planned for very carefully. The waste disposal services calls for the major extension building project was not a problem. I called and had all the arrangements made fairly quickly. The plans had already been approved by the building authority from the city and all the permits were ready and waiting for us to begin. The skip for hire for the extension building was going to be a long schedule and how long we were going to need the service was not at this time known. We finally settled with a company for a monthly fee for drop offs and pickup three times a week in the beginning, this schedule could be changed as long as a weeks’ notice was given beforehand. Any extra hauls would be re-negotiated.
The private property project or the extending of our house was going to be a little different in that we hadn’t received the go ahead from our housing authority yet. All was on hold until we heard if the extending your house plans had a green light or not. Sometimes a home owner will get a set of stipulations on how the extension should be added or such. I suspected this was what the delay was about. Something we didn’t have clearly stated they would want clarification for.
Early Monday morning the work on the extension building of our business down town got underway. We were still waiting on some kind of word from the housing authority about our house extension project when I got a call from the housing authority. He was extending my request for the permit and he would hold on to the plans until he received more information from our contractor. He said not to worry all of the information he was looking at looked like it would pass without any more delays except that he needed assurances from the contractor that this extension was going to be on the backside not on the front of the property adjacent to the street. That would not be acceptable to the authority because of the restriction of changing the diagram of the house to the street. I decided to call around for a skip for hire, but for one that would drop off for an extended amount of time. This way a skip for hire wouldn’t be pulling in and out of our property every day, but only when they were called.
