Well, the first time I called Skiphire was because I had a big problem with waste collection. We live just out of town in the no mans land between two different counties. Neither county has accepted us in, so we are stuck with no phone lines and, more importantly, no way of getting rid of our waste! Anyway, I called up the good people at Skiphire and co, and they immediately called up the mayors of both counties! I am not entirely sure what they said to those mayors, but for some reason or another we now get our bins cleared out not once, but twice a week!

But the best part was the bill that Skiphire and co gave to us. Can you imagine the amount of money that they were going to charrge us for their services? They had after all got in touch wih the two leading people from two counties! I had no idea how much they would want to charge us. Then I found out: twenty pounds and fifty pence! Fantastic!

My second job for skiphire and co was a vermin job. In recent weeks we had become overrun by rats, and those horrible beasts had been powdering their noses in the cream! Well, the Skiphire team came out with their shotguns, and disposed of every last rat. Guess how much that cost us: nothing! In fact they payed us for the target practice!
