extending your house is not an easy task. There are a lot of things that you need to consider. An engineer find it more challenging to renovate a house rather than building a new one. I should know because I have experienced it myself.

When I moved to my new house, I never thought how important to have a wide space at home. All I care about was the cost and location. Yes, the house was cheap and accessible to my work but it was too small for me. I noticed that when everything is already transferred to my new house. I wasn't happy about it. That's when I decided to have house extension.

I started to list down the expenses and did some computation. Luckily, the engineer is my Aunt, so she did not charge me at all for her service. She just want to make sure I have all the materials needed. I started to look for skip hire. The skip hire cost quite expensive. Anyway, I got a big discount from the vendor who sold me some of his bricks. While I searched the web for a modern joinery. I got a great deal, too!

I had a little hard time finding a skip hire. I noticed that the skip hire cost varies on the quality and durability. Some of the suppliers do not want to disclose their prices on the web, making it hard for me to guess the skip hire cost. I asked my Aunt if she knows anything about it. She referred me to someone who can help me find one. She said, I just need to give the guy her name and he will be able to help me.

The next day, I went to see the guy as my Aunt said. Too bad, the guy wasn't there. The security guard asked me if I can wait for him. He said he won't take long. I said, okay. So, I waited for a while. Few minutes later, a guy in his late 40's with glasses went out of the car. He looks exactly the man described by my Aunt. So, I presumed he was the guy I was looking for. The guard talked to him and was pointing on me. He was probably saying that I was looking for him.

Finally, I met him and I was right! It was him. So, I asked if he knows my Aunt and he said yes. They were good friends. I noticed that they have a lot of skip hires. I was quite hesitant to ask him about the skip hire cost. Then, he initiated it by asking "Are you interested to rent a skip hire? Because I can give you a discount." That was a relief! Without a second thought, I said "Yes, thank you so much, Sir." Mission accomplished! Now, I can have my house extended. It was such a happy day.
