I am very wary about the prospect of starting another job so soon. The refurbishment projects are about tobeginin just a week. I am notin anyway ready for their start up and we have barely begun to set the bricks for the last of the church project we are finishing up this week.

To top all of that off my seminar on extending your house seminar for the local club called “The DIY Group of LA” expects me to be ready and fresh to have a talk with their members. A question and answer session after each talk is scheduled also.

This allbegins in just two weeks and will run for four days, an extended weekend. Thursday through that next Saturday and then again the next Monday they have scheduled me for a 10 AM and a 3 PM talk each of those days with a question and answer session after. All of this for two differentgroups of their members each day. My plate as they say is very full.

The first of every talk no matter which project we are going to discuss will begin with one subject "Skip Bin Hire". Getting my notes straight for this seminar and a mental run down of how I will start these “talks” I already know I will have to start with that.

“skip bin hire”is alwaysthe first part of every projectanyone should begin with for theircalculations. I will then discuss “The Size” that needs to be worked into the budget for the skip bin hire and then the number of hauls estimation for their project. This will then lead to the “Length of Time” that will be needed to "Finish their Calculations" for this service. Obviously this will have to be the subject for beginningeach of the talks for these the seminars.

The subject "Skip Bin Hire"is what I plan to break the ice with. I think of all of the subjects I could start with. The beginning ofeach and every project this is the first calculation these talks should begin with. I plan on having a lengthy discussion about with the many “Do It Yourself” members we will have talks with.

Depending on what the project that session is titled is where the talk will lead into next. I know it will be a rewarding effort on all of our parts to make this a good two weeks of the exchange of information and ideas. I am looking forward to it, but on the other hand I would love to be able to set everything else aside and just concentrate on the seminars. No such luck for now. I will just have to work harder to try to get everything on schedule and on the way to completion as time allows.
