Mike was so excited when he got the job at the company in the city. So were all the members of his family. That gave them the opportunity to relocate to the city, a life they had been looking forward to over the years. This was also an excellent chance for the children to attend the schools of their choice.

The initial plan was to purchase a condominium in the downtown core, to be convenient to get to his work-place. However, with the prices of the condominiums there too expensive, he had to decide, for the time being,to buy a house in one of the suburbs of the city.It was in a nice area, fairly easy to drive to the downtown core. School bus service for the children to go to school was also available.

With the service of a realtor, he found a housefor anaffordable price. It was a few years old, and needed refurbishment to make it clean and pleasant. It also required an extension on the backside to make it spacious enough for the family.

The realtor who found the house for him was also very helpful in finding an excellent contractor to undertake the refurbishing work. With many years experience in the city, the realtor certainly had many excellent contacts in the business.

With a lot of wastes coming from the refurbishing work, Mike had to find skips for the collection of the wastes. It needed a number of skips to collect the wastes. The skip hire costs were not very cheap. But, the contractor was very cooperative in keeping the quantity of wastes low for keeping the skip hire costs to the minimum. There were a lot of waste bricks when constructing the extension on the backside of the house. The skip hire costs for managing the waste bricks were quite appreciable compared to the skip hire costs for the other types of waste. A company providing waste disposal services in the city collected and took all the wastes away within a day.

The contractor did an excellent job refurbishing the house. It was completed right on time, and the total cost was within the limits too. Mike very much thanked the realtor who helped in making the whole deal a complete success. The realtor did not charge for the help he offered for the work. It was a totally free and friendly service.

When they finally moved to the house, the family was so happy with the place and with the new looks in and around the house. This was the beginning of a new life for the family.
