Skip hire costs are going up and it makes you feel as if it will never go back down again.I thought that this recession thing was suppose to be over by now but it seems to be hanging on. Knowing that does not change the fact that we have refurbishment projects that we had planed over a year ago and they are still plaguing me..Because I sometimes feel as if we are going to hell in a hand basket doesn't change the things that need to be done.we have been at a stand still for about a year now since our grandmother's death.She was a good old soul and left me and my brother a building containing 8 flats.It is in a rather nice part of town but requires quite a bit of work to make rent-able.That is the whole purpose of this flat refurbishment project.Unlike me my brother is very cost conscious.I guess that's why the skip hire costs keep ringing in my ears, he won't shut up about it.He wants to make sure that he cuts cost everywhere so that we can keep most of our inheritance in our pockets.Taking waste recycling to the next level,making sure that he reuses any and everything that he can in the building is one of the directions that he has taken.I just want to put what money we have into the building and let the finale results make more money for us when we rent-out.Skip hire costs are what they are.I know that there are a range of charges out there but the savings are really not all that great.We can make a lot of money with this property if we do quality work.My brother reminds me of a slumlord who puts in as little work as possible and then pawn the problems off on to their tenants. Skip hire costs should be the last of his problems.What he doesn't know is that My grandmother gave me power of attorney over all that she left us and the finale decision is mine.I am tired of his slum ways just so that he can save a few pennies and throw the rest away at the pub.The building in all reality is mine but I didn't want him to feel bad so I told him it was ours.It is time for the truth to come out so that I can put in order the quality money making projects that we have.
